I have devoted the last 16 years of my active life to the practice of yoga, incorporating running and weight training. And in the accumulation of those years, I have found that the actual ‘challenge’ attached to yoga is in fact what provides me with the most strength and sense of calm through the use of my body and my breath.

I dove deeper into the practice of yoga studying: Anatomy, Guided Meditations, Energy Sightings, Physical Adjustments, Intelligent Sequencing to help students get more into advanced poses, Philosophy, and Pranayama (breath work)
